Our office is located in the North end of downtown in Tampa’s emerging historic district. We are located in the Arlington Building, which is on Franklin Street approximately one block south of the I-275 exit to downtown Tampa. Franklin Street is a north/south corridor running through the heart of downtown, and is surrounded by Tampa Street one block to the West (running one way South through downtown), and Florida Avenue to the East (running one way North through downtown).

Directions to our office from the primary entry routes to downtown Tampa are as follows:

From I-275 heading East (i.e., away from St. Petersburg), take the Downtown East/West exit, which is Exit 44. Follow the signs for Downtown East (Scott Street), which is to the left after you exit. You will come to a stop light almost immediately, which is Tampa Street. Go through the light, and then make your first right after one block on to Franklin Street. After a long block you will come to a four way stop at Fortune Street, where you will see our office on the Southeast corner of Franklin and Fortune Street. Turn left on Fortune Street and then make your first right into the parking lot behind our building. As soon as you enter our parking lot, you will see to your left several places for Arlington visitors. Park in any of these spaces, or any open spaces

marked F & J.

From I-275 heading West (i.e., toward St. Petersburg), take the Downtown Tampa East/West exit, which is Exit 45A. After exiting, continue to stay in the far right hand lane and follow the signs for Downtown West/Ashley St., until you see a sign for the Doyle Carlton Street ramp, which is the ramp you want to take. At the end of the ramp you will come to a three way stop, which is Doyle Carlton Street. Turn left and proceed approximately one third mile to the next stop sign which is Laurel Street. Turn left, go approximately one block and make your first right, which is Ashley Street. Ashley Street will almost immediately curve to the left and place you on Fortune Street. In half a block you will come to a stop sign at Tampa Street. Proceed across Tampa Street and in one block you will come to a four way stop at Franklin Street. You will see our office on the Southeast corner of Franklin and Fortune Street. Continue straight on Fortune Street, and then make your first right into the parking lot behind our building. As soon as you enter our parking lot, you will see to your left several places for Arlington visitors. Park in any of these spaces, or any open spaces marked F & J.

From I-4 heading West (i.e., toward St. Petersburg), as you approach Downtown Tampa take the Downtown East/West exit, which is marked Exit 45. After exiting, follow the signs for Downtown West. You will come to a fork in the road and you will go right following the signs for Doyle Carlton Street. You will come to a three way stop almost immediately, which is Doyle Carlton Street. Turn left and proceed approximately one third mile to the next stop sign which is Laurel Street. Turn left, go approximately one block and make your first right, which is Ashley Street. Ashley Street will almost immediately curve to the left and place you on Fortune Street. In half a block you will come to a stop sign at Tampa Street. From The Crosstown Expressway/Lee Roy Selmon Expressway Westbound, take exit 8, the first exit to downtown. After exiting continue on SR-60 (also called Kennedy Blvd.), and stay in the right hand lane. Proceed approximately 6 blocks and then turn right on Florida Avenue. Stay in the left lane once on Florida Avenue and proceed North through six stop lights. Shortly after the sixth light, turn left on Royal Street. Note that Florida Avenue has a slight bend to the right exactly where Royal Street is located, making Royal Street easier to locate. Proceed one block and make a right on Franklin Street. Drive one block and you will come to a four way stop at Fortune Street. You will see the entrance to our office to your right as you are stopped at the four way stop. Turn right on Fortune Street and then make your first right into the parking lot behind our building. As soon as you enter our parking lot, you will see to your left several places for Arlington Visitors. Park in any of these spaces, or any open spaces marked F & J.

From The Crosstown Expressway/Lee Roy Selmon Expressway Eastbound, take exit 6B (Downtown West) and travel north on Florida Avenue through 10 stop lights. Shortly after the 10th stop light, turn left on Royal Street. Note that Florida Avenue has a slight bend to the right exactly where Royal Street is located, making Royal Street easier

to locate. Proceed one block and make a right on Franklin Street. Drive one block and you will come to a four way stop at Fortune Street. You will see the entrance to our office to your right as you are stopped at the four way stop. Turn right on Fortune Street and then make your first right into the parking lot behind our building. As soon as you enter our parking lot, you will see to your left several places for Arlington Visitors. Park in any of these spaces, or any open spaces marked F & J.
