Tony Horrnik is an associate at Fee & Jeffries, P.A. practicing primarily in the areas of business and corporate law. Tony focuses on mergers and acquisitions, commercial agreements, such as manufacturing and distribution agreements, and initial entity formation documents, including shareholder agreements, operating agreements, and partnership agreements. Prior to joining Fee & Jeffries, P.A., Tony was an associate at Butler Pappas Weihmuller Katz Craig, LLP, where he practiced in the construction litigation department.

Tony was born and raised in Tampa, Florida. He graduated with honors from the University of Florida with a Bachelors Degree in political science and a minor in religion. He received his Juris Doctorate from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2008. Tony’s current legal affiliations include the Florida Bar and the Hillsborough County Bar.

Prior to the practice of law, Tony worked in baseball operations for the New York Yankees.
